HOW TO ORDER

Welcome to WCR Metal Art. So that we can create the perfect metal art Pet Photo, please follow the instructions below.

Choose a Design: Start by browsing through our selection of metal art pet photo designs. We offer two styles and three sizes. Select the design that best suits your preferences. We offer 10”, 15” and 20” Each size can be ordered either with the pets name on a bone below the photo or without.

Select Color: Determine the color of metal you want for your design. You will provide us a photo of your pet and will chose a color as close to your pet as we can. Text a photo to 817.692.9503 or email to darrelw@williamcustomrides.com

Specify Size: Decide on the which of the three sizes you would like. We offer 10”, 15” and 20”

Ordering Process:

Complete the “Custom Order Form” with as much information as possible and take one of the item cards for the design type you chose to the front counter to checkout. You will pay a deposit for the special order. Within a few days, we will call you to finalize your order and get any additional details needed to create your custom metal piece.

Confirmation: After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation email. This email will include a summary of your order and an estimated completion date.

Completion: Upon completion of your order, it will be shipped to you.

Receive Your Pet Photo Metal Art: Once your metal art arrives, carefully unpack it and inspect it for any damage during transit. If you encounter any issues, contact us immediately for assistance.
