Bobbi

WCR Metal Arts was at a vendor event last month in which they displayed a lot of their current products. One was a set of antique angel wings. A lady named Bobbi stopped by the booth and as she was viewing the products she mentioned that she has been looking for a memorial piece to honor her late husband and she had not found anything yet. She said she loved the look of the angel wings. Darrel Williams, owner of WCR Metal Arts, said that he could personalize it for her if it was something that she would like.  After sharing stories of some of his military background and their life together, Bobbi wanted the word “Love” to be cut into the wings.  She was so overwhelmed by the piece and how Darrel explained what he could do with it, Bobbi broke down crying and said that it was exactly what she had been looking for all these years.  After he completed the piece, he met her to deliver to her.  After seeing the completed piece, she was very emotional and again had tears in her eyes and gave him a big hug and thanked him for making it. She noted that it will be put next to his gravesite and set in cement so that it will be there forever.

I met Darrel from WCR Metal Art at a vendor market a couple months ago and told him about my dog Blue. I explained to him how much he meant to me and that I wanted to see if there was any way to have something made that could represent this.  He asked if I could email him a photo of Blue and that he would come up with an idea and email me his idea.  Within a couple of days, Darrel asked if I had time to meet him because he had a mock-up of his idea.  What I didn’t realize is that I would crying for the next hour!  He not only came up with an idea, he actually made my little buddy come to life in metal.  He took his photo and made an actual piece of him, his smile with tongue hanging out and everything. Thank you Darrel for doing this for me. Blue is my life. He has been through so many of my ups and downs with me and this means so much to me.  If anyone needs anything done, don’t hesitate to ask him. He will come up with it.
